Airmail: it's just not a good app for business correspondence, complex settings, not very good. Edison: too expensive for a pro monthly subscription, lagging on macOS. And the synchronization between iPhone & MacBook via iCloud is extremely slow. Canary: paid to be lifetime pro both on MacOS & iOS with the money I saved up for 3 months, then found out email tracking not available unless I have my VPN turned on. Spark: feels nice, but lots of cool features not available in some places like China which need VPN on, bad. Just bring out some major app that most of the people use: -Outlook: not so good, format feels like it's sacrificing Apple system but to adapt windows. I've tried almost every email apps on iOS/MacOS over these years. This is the best email app that I could ever dreamed of. I have tried so many software solutions to help me organize my communications, tasks and notes and I have found that, at least for now, this actually works for me. I'm upgrading to include the contacts feature now because I see how I can save more time by letting Mail Butler organize and track my email activity. Thank you for saving me from embarrassing email mistakes like not including a CC and forgetting to attach a file. A couple of features that I didn't think I'd use were the "undo send" and the attachments reminder. This is not CRM, but it is really excellent contact management which should be part of every CRM, but is sadly lacking in many CRM solutions. Email is, unfortunately, the main method of communication with clients and Mail Butler helps me organize the chaos without getting in the way. I can keep notes in Mail Butler about each email and followup dates are very useful to me. The other integrations are undoubtedly valuable if you use one of those other apps like Evernote, Trello or Slack. This alone has saved me hours by not having to search through my mailbox for a specific email. ![]() With the kanban view in Todoist, I can link the emails for cross-reference. Mail Butler links my emails via tasks to Todoist – huge. ![]()
